I currently own 4 SFH in Houston/Atlanta and looking to join a group or network with like-minded individuals in Atlanta. Please add me to your network, and I'll take all recommendations to Mastermind or REIA groups.

I am also looking for a 4-6 unit multifamily home in GA for all the agents in the forum.

This market is so competitive, any suggestions on finding off market deals? 

Closed on a property purchased at $81,000 (ARV $155,000) with a home modification loan. I put about $45,000 into the property including (roofing, foundation, mold removal), it was a complete gut job. Refinanced the property, pulled out my initial down payment and currently make great cash flow. Now the ROI is infinite thanks to Bigger Pockets.

Hopefully this testimony gives someone the motivation to take a leap on faith. Currently, I am looking to purchase multifamily properties to take on the stack method.

Thank you @Lauren Lockett,  congrats on your vacation home as well. Are you using Air BnB or renting out your vacation home? I've heard both are great strategies if in a good location.

I am new real estate investor purchasing in the Houston Texas market. The two properties I own were acquired by using the house hacking technique from bigger pockets. My Goal is obtaining financial freedom by purchasing rental properties and using the BRRR strategy.
