Recommendations for Handyman in Atlanta?

Is anyone here able to recommend a trustworthy and reasonably priced handyman in Atlanta that is capable of minor plumbing and electrical work? Preferably one with liability insurance and workman’s comp. I’ve been having a hard time finding one that fits the bill so any references will be greatly appreciated. thanks very much in advance!

Hi Rob, Its not mentioned much on BP that the most experienced investors are in the local REIAs. BP is best for lots of general discussion but if you want local boots on the ground its the local REIAs. Google your city + REIA. I joined them all here in Atl many year ago. Each has their pluses but settled on Gareia.com. I'm just a member. Gareia has a google group where you can ask for referals for every REI need including contractors who are working on someone's project.

Tip: #1 you have to give the location of the project when asking for a contractor referal.  Why would a handyman in Cherokee county be useful or interested in a project in Henry county??  This is my first question when screening contractors.   Local experts know whats going on, what works which is why I'm also a member of a few REIAs.

PM me I can possibly refer help for you.
