Wow, figured I had to start this since the East Bay is booming right now...

The main reason I found this forum is trying to find ways to put a good high end flip together and getting advice on ways to connect with investors/contractors. Any other East Bay-ers out there with ideas....

Have a line on a great mid-century house that needs a good $200k to get it totally polished.  Aquire costs $625k, potential sale - 1 mil. Big enough return to genterate interest? 20% in 4 months?
