Real Estate: The Ultimate "Get Rich Quick" Strategy!

Not the Guru "Put $5-10K in your bank account in less than 30 days" crap though...

With real estate it is not that difficult to have a income well into the 6 figures after just a couple of years. Not many other fields allow for this kind of "salary" without any formal education and/or years of formal apprenticeship to get to that level.

You have to put in a lot of time and effort and really bust your hump to get there. This is why so many fail to get there despite such a big reward.
Seems like a lot of people are willing to work "hard" for that 30 days but if they don't have the $10K they say it is all BS and move on to the next shiny object.

Thankfully I prefer a Matte finish... :)
