Looking to connect with other investors in the area

Hello. My name is Israel Robles from Livermore, CA. I am a new real estate investor investing out of state specifically in Indy. I was wondering if there is others in the area that may have experience investing out of state as well as investing locally that could help me learn more about REI. If there are others especially around the east bay, I would like to connect and learn as and possibly be partners.

Happy Investing!

@Israel R. welcome to Indianapolis!  Like @Account Closed said, it's a little hectic here right now - but there are still opportunities.

Like anything, be sure to do you DD.

I see a lot of out of State investors make the mistake of buying an asset first before talking to [and hiring] a property manager and/or starting to build a solid team.
