I've been working with a US based large solar panel distributor that specializes in used panels.
They have a huge inventory [over 30,000] panels and more coming in daily. Some of these panels can only be sold outside the US.
I need some foreign partners to help find buyers for these panels.
I know there is a huge need/demand for affordable solar in most of the world. Some of these panels are as low as $26 per unit.
When ordered in container quantiles, they become very affordable.

Please let me know if you'd like to help out in this venture!

I've been driving a 23 year old Toyota SUV for a few years now.  I've drove very nice euro cars & suv's in the past with no negative feedback.  As mentioned above, I am only known to the residents as the property manager and/or the realtor for the landlord [see "Landlording on Autopilot" by Mike Butler].  I also haven't shown a property for over 5 years - I always just have the potential resident send a copy of their drivers license and then I text them back the lock box combo.  With 2020, I've rented several properties without ever meeting face to face.  So, overall, my residents hardly ever see what I drive.

I think the risk is much LESS than leaving it set in a wall street account - IMHO

I had a small IRA from 20 years ago that had been sitting under the management of a large, well known, broker. It was basically the same amount as I started with. Within 12 months, by using my Solo to wholesale, I had more than 5 times that amount.

I did the same thing with my wife's account as well.

Now, we have it all invested into cash flowing assets that produce solid double digit returns.

[For me] the biggest benefit is being able to dump more than $5k per year into the account.

Hi Shawn,

I'm in the same area actually. I live in the Lawrence area, but I have a rental in Noblesville that I need some plumbing help with. If your contact is still active, can you PM me with his contact info as well?

Thanks!

Aaron

Sorry - I fired them all!

Wow, what a mess and a continuing black eye to the Indy market!  I spoke to Lee Smith a few weeks ago and he mentioned he was working on taking over several of these assets as well.  You might want to reach out to him along with the others mentioned.

Specifically, I am looking at Lawrence and Beech Grove. I called Red Door property management and they took a few days to get back to me but their operation *seems* to be good.
I'm out of state and this is for a first rental property. Thank you very much.
