- Actively employed as an EHS Engineer (still enjoy my work, I think!)

- Seekng to create passive wealth to achieve financial freedom (3-5 year target)

- Looking to scale up to at least 10 rental properties in 3 years.

- Interested in rent and hold SFH, MFH and >4 multiplex properties.

- Happy married with 2 kids!

- Eager to get plugged into the local real estate investment community, network & learn all I can.

Ike - At the moment I'm focused on out of state deals. That said, I'm all about the ROI... I don't fall in love with the property but if the numbers are right, that piques my interest.

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie venturing into real estate investment primarily interested in rent and hold. On the verge of acquiring my first rental property and I am looking partner with real estate investment friendly local banks in CA Silicon Valley - San Jose, Fremont, Milpitas, Mountain View etc areas. Any pointers/recommendations will be highly appreciated.
