Hello, bigger pockets,

I have a house under contract planning on taking it subject to

Seller is behind seven payments

What can I get to the bank to do outside or just making the late payments

Refinance or modification isn't an option due to my seller being unemployed with bad credit.

you need to bring them current and keep them current thats what you can do.. and if you dont have the funds to do that then sub too is not something you should be doing.. If you do have the funds then thats your price of entry.
