How to increase profits in an RV Park

My partner and I are in the process of purchasing an RV Park in Texas.  We are trying to think up some ways to increase profits other than reducing the expenses.  Besides laundry and vending does anyone have any suggestions?

1. add store with the necessities. 
2. Soda/Candy machines, video games, pool tables, etc.
3. Get a casino license for day room. 
4. On water - charge dock fees for boats. 
5. On water - charge for use of dock for fishing. 
6. Extra land - add storage units. 
7. Extra land - off-season RV storage. 
8. Extra land - rent for commercial or RV outlet store. 
9. Extra land - add RV garage/maintenance. 
0. Wi-Fi - Cable - other fees. 
1. Add cabins or park model units. 
2. have separate area for tents. 
3. Add restaurant - use day room for pancake breakfasts, BBQs, etc. 
4. Lots of extra land: Go whole hog - have one side with a motel, another area for mobile homes, RV park section, Tent campers area, cabin/Yurt/Park Model area, restaurant & bar, Big screen theater/sports viewing area - near refreshments and snacks for sale!

Couple things I can think of:
1. Charge for Faxes
2. Charge for High Speed Wireless Internet
3. Sell Gas
4. Laundry Service (Dry Cleaning add your markup)
5. Sell Souvenirs
6. Establish some kind of loyalty program and or reward for referrals
7. Partner with Associations and Market to their members.

I keep hearing how important storage is going to be as oil certainly goes to $100. also most parks I have looked at insist they need more cabins and can't keep up w/ demand for them, perhaps another factor affected by higher gas prices. I am currently looking for an rv park and would love to hear about your progress

I think all of those are easily do-able with the exception of selling gas.
