San Diego Real Estate Meet-ups or Mentoring

Hello everyone, I am new into this space and looking to find any way to invest and get into real estate either locally or out of state. I've been struggling to find ways to find funding and/or get started, so I wanted to reach out and see if anyone in San Diego, CA is potentially open to getting together or doing a real estate meet up. I'm open to work or help with anyone and basically looking for any sort of local networking opportunities. Any one have any availability here in San Diego? Thanks for any help! Aaron Gilmore

Aaron.

I live in LA and have been investing out of state for the last few years. Would love to help you get started.

Investing in CA is very difficult without a ton of cash. That is why I have moved my business out of state where you can do more with less.
