I’m curious what is the most interesting or creative way of financing you have seen ?

I was wondering if anyone here used a real estate investment company to invest money in properties? I’m looking for low risk and low cost to invest. Any ideas greatly appreciated. What is the Annual Yield, the term and Minimum Investment Interest Paid Monthly. And what company did you use?

Im a realtor in Tampa  and I want to get more into the investing side like flipping houses and managing properties . I need some ideas on how to get more involved with that side of real estate.  Tampa area is way over my price range, any suggestions on other areas in Florida or close to Florida?

Any ideas on how to make money off of land without putting too much money into it?

ideas i was thinking about are: horse stall rentals on property 

semi truck / trailer space rentals.

any other ideas ??
