Come on... I know you're out there! Who's got all the 2-4 units in Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin? I've got multiple buyers interested. All we need is more properties!

Or single family! We used to have about 14,000 units for sale at any point, last year we dropped to 5,000 and everyone was screaming for inventory. Now we are at 2,500...

I feel bad for home inspectors - who would have ever thought that they have to fear for their livelyhood? Nobody writes offers with inspections anymore. At least not accepted offers. And most agents don't know much about construction issues.
