Referrals for awesome real estate agent, contractor, etc

Hey everyone, 

Newbie to the real estate game and I'm looking for an awesome real estate agent(preferably an investor themselves) as well as a contractor as Im looking purchase SFH's and small multi families that would need a little rehab. My primary target areas are both nova as well as the Hampton roads area. Also looking for an awesome lender in case I would need to obtain financing through non-conventional means. I figured what better place to get referrals from then the veterans of the game on this site. All advice is greatly appreciated. Look forward to hearing from you guys soon.

Nice to meet you! I'm a broker in NOVA and specialize in working with investors and I'm an investor myself (buy and holds).
