My brother and I are fully on board the buy and hold train and are looking for an awesome, extremely knowledgeable investor friendly agent in the Orlando area.  We'll be in the area next week for an event taking place down there and would like to spend our Monday getting to know the area and opportunities that are on the horizon.  Our preference is foreclosures and short sales as we would like to acquire 2-3 within the next 3 months.  Please let me know if you or someone you've worked with would be able to help us out. About 6mos ago I finally made the leap and acquired my first property which was a triplex in Virginia. Since then I've been doing my research and have zoomed in on Cleveland as my next target area.  I've happened to stumble upon an owner financing deal and have all the terms worked out with the seller.  Being that this will be my first out of state deal, I'm looking for a Cleveland investor friendly agent who'll be able to guide me through the process and all the necessary paperwork.
