What should you offer a partner investor?
When you want to bring in a partner for a deal, say for bringing the down payment, what should you offer them in return? 50% of all rents and equity? Or something more creative? What does a partner actually want from you when bringing them into the deal?
Thank you for your response.

depends on what your partnering on. it its just simple rentals. the person with the money should not need a partner. there is not enough of a pie to cut up to make it worth eithers time and effort.. it only works if your talking scale. AT least INHO
