Currently in Cedar City UT, exploring as many options as I can to try and get a hold on real estate.  I found this house: https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/110-N-800-W_Cedar-City_UT_84720_M21793-55624?view=qv

And I was wondering if there was anyone willing to show me how they would analyze a deal like this as a potential rental property!
