Hello BP!

Me and my wife are new to the Katy Texas area.

(I am still trying to get used to the YA'LL but I can only say you guys lol)

We currently have our investment properties back in the Northeast and are now looking to invest in Texas.

Any insight or recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

@Eric Thokaai ... me too on the "You guys" ha!  If you stay in Katy and want a little less headaches with newer build homes, Willow Creek Farms I think will do very well and will appreciate well with its school draw.    A slightly lower priced neighborhood with the same school draw there is Kingsland Heights.
