It's just a loan using the note as collateral.  We typically borrow 75% at 10 years for 6%.  

My recommendation to find a bank is trying one that if you walk in and ask to speak to the president and you can. Smaller institutions. City Bank of Smalltown. Similar to the BRRRR process yes.
