Corpus Christi, TX Title Company
Does anyone know of a title company that will do a double or simultaneous closing in the Corpus Christi, Tx area?

We go outside of Corpus Christi as nobody here is that investor friendly. San Jacinto's fee title office will work with assignment of contracts but that about it. We use title in Austin with mobile notoray. It's easiest that way.
