Just a follow-up, but the Pro BellesLink Pro plan only has 100 call minutes and doesn't allow the purchase of additional minutes. However, the Business plan does have 2,000 minutes for an additional $50/month/user, but I don't need all the other features that it has to justify the additional charges at this time. 

So I'm still in the market for a service that can do what I need it to (if there is one). Please send any recommendations.

Does anyone know of a phone service/app that will allow me to place outbound calls that will show a tracking number from another service and not the number that the call is being placed from? I currently have CallRail as my main service, but I am limited to the number of minutes I have each month and don't want to use them up making outbound calls. However, I do want people to call the tracking number I have through CallRail when they call back. Hope this makes sense.

@Harry Walker No problem. A little pricey for me at this stage. Have you looked into PatLive or Ruby Receptionists?

@Bill Carovano I'm currently using PatLive, but am looking for a different answering service that offers additional services such as Spanish speakers, etc. and a lower price per minute if I go over the amount included in my plan without having to upgrade. I'll check out Callporter, though. Thanks!

Is anyone familiar with Voice Nation, Specialty Answering Service or AMBS Call Center?

@Jimmy Deringer Thanks for the info. Yeah, I was hoping there was already something out there that doesn't cost an arm and a leg instead of having to create my own, but I guess I'm the only one that really understands what I want, huh?

I just need to have a live person answer the phone and transfer/pass the leads on to me.

Can anyone recommend an REI Answering Service (besides PatLive), Phone System and CRM software that play nicely with one another?
