More Control And Unlimited Access To The MLS

Hey guys i recently came to the conclusion that i will be going for the real estate license in order to get my foot in the door a lot quicker. I heard that there are many pros to being an investor with a license, including access to the mls. But one thing that i need to know are all the upfront fees, and annual fees. Can someone who has there RI license tell me these numbers? All i know is that the tuition costs $325 but thats about all i know. Thanks in advance!

Figure on roughly1200 per year. That includes monthly MLS, if you only join 1 board & NAR dues, and E&O insurance. When you get your RI license you have to be with a brokerage and be under their brokerage insurance. After you have your license for 2 years you can go thru process to get your brokers license. Good luck
