Hey guys. I was curious to see what the other Rhode Islanders thought about the Real Estate market in Westerly and Misquamicut , Rhode Island. Any noticeable trends? Anyone own any property in that area?  I am closing on my first property this month in the area and would love to chat with other local investors. Thanks!

Depending on the specific location, excellent area to do weekly rentals.  For a little beach house situated within walking distance to the beach, your looking at over $2000 for the week for a summer rental. Market in RI, CT, and NY.  That area gets a lot of renters from those areas.
