Hi guys. I was looking to see if anybody has any experience with investing in Lebanon pa.  How does the crime rate looks and is it hard to rent a place out ? I live about 1hr30 min away and would need to go look at the city before actually starting any investing but wanted to get some opinions from people who actually have done some business there , Thanks in advance.

Hi Yuriy,

I am familiar with Lebanon PA, I am a Realtor in this area. I know a few different investors personally who have dozens of properties in the Lebanon City and that's the market they focus on because of the high returns. The property manager that I work with doesn't seem to have a problem placing tenants in Lebanon and he is managing about 200 units in the area. If you want more info send me a PM.
