Jonathan.

Thank you for information. I live very close to Philly and prices are super high here, from what I see i could buy 3 houses there for a price of one here. If you are realtor I'd love to maybe work with you when looking for a house or two.

Nate.

Thank you . Unfortunately, I can't make it to meet up as I work long hours but good thing to know for the future.

Hi guys. I was looking to see if anybody has any experience with investing in Lebanon pa.  How does the crime rate looks and is it hard to rent a place out ? I live about 1hr30 min away and would need to go look at the city before actually starting any investing but wanted to get some opinions from people who actually have done some business there , Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys for comments . I own small lawn company and will add snow removal as a service so that's not a problem , however mortgage alone with the property tax would be around 1300 with the 20 % down and if considering the 50% rule of thumb i would be left with nothing .

Hi guys. I'm not a real estate investor yet, just looking around to learn numbers, have no desire to burn badly on first deal . I was thinking  about house hacking a duplex for a year and renting after .  The duplex that I'm talking about estimated to be around 290000 but I would not pay more than 260000 for it, each unit would rent about 1300 a month and property tax around 5000. Would that be any reasonable or what should I pay for the house to make rental price work. Thanks a lot for any and all comments .
