New investor in Raleigh
Hello my name is Khalid and I am a Senior at NC State. I am hoping to invest in multifamily properties (duplex, 3/4-plex), large houses for student rentals to get started and eventually get into larger apartment complexes. I look forward to networking and meeting veteran investors in the Raleigh/Durham area!

That's great @Khalid Powell , I went to State also, class of 2001. Raleigh is a great area to live and invest.
