Hi

I'm a new investor in the NYC area and I'm putting my team together to do lease options, and wholeselling, I need an attorney to form an LLC for me.

David Szymczak their are more requirements to setting up an LLC in New York State then what you just stated. You really shouldn't be giving people legal advice on topics you are uneducated on. In NYC their is a $2000 publication cost that you failed to mention. If anyone residing where the poster resides took your advice they would find themselves in trouble.
