Central Jersey Investors/Lenders

Hey Guys,

Hope all is well, for the past month or so i've been looking for a property to flip in the central jersey area (hamilton, nj) and came across two i would like to make an offer on. Being new to this i'm still exploring a couple options when it comes to financing, ideally i'm looking for a private money lender but would like to get a solid track record before seeking that person. So i was wondering if anyone had any recommandtions on lenders in the central/south area, either hard money or a local bank you've had a good experience with.
