Hey guys,

Just getting out of my last year of college, working my way to finding a rental close to campus. I'm trying to get a team together of a certified financial planner, insurance agent, and also a attorney on investment relations. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations around the area to work with!

Thank you guys!

Hi Bjorik,

A real estate attorney you could work with is Nelson Berg of Berg Meyers Law in Hopkins, MN.  Many of us don't team up closely with financial planners as they want to take our money and put it on paper when most of us like real assets such as real estate.  Insurance agents are a dime a dozen, I would first recommend getting quotes from your current provider of car insurance.  Less hassle.  Some people like the National Real Estate Insurance Group but I personally don't use them.

Good luck.
