Best area REIA's and FB Groups

Hello, I'll be moving up to Michigan shortly and I've been working to find the best wholesale flip deals. Currently I receive emailed properties from a few wholesalers, but I am looking to cast a wider net. My partner is already up in the Oakland County area and would like to attend the Oakland REIA- is anyone here a member? Are there a good amount of flippers and wholesalers that attend?

Also, is anyone familiar with any Facebook groups that focus on Detroit area investing?
