First Im not Looking to step on Anyones toes, Nor Fill their Position but Im Sure we have Completly Different Qualifications... = Different Usage of Services.

The Post Should be under the Tax, Legal Issues Etc Section. As stated in Headline, I NEED A LOCAL ESTATE ATTORNEY & POSSIBLY A PROBATE ATTORNEY.   IF ANYONE CAN HELP LOCATE ,OR KNOWS ONE IN SE MICHIGAN / WAYNE COUNTY or Close.

My Concerns Are  A.) My Grandmother Dont Understand Enough to Go Speak About the Issue ( tho it sounds simple to say " i want my home going to my Daughter), shes been heard Saying she "forgot That was In her WILL,....but  B.) the Other Main Concern (other then the other 2/brothers agreeing to meet) Is that the One Brother HAS the Paperwork Now..& Could be Potentially be Dilligently "Messing With It" to change it...Also, It COULD Remain in his Posession Until the End.

Mind You, Its (Currently) Documented She gets the Home Via Quit Claim Deed upon Passing....Im Just Deeply Concerned of the Attempt to Change Current Wishes in the Meantime...Esp as My Gma Gets More "Out of It".

I Feel I Need Legal Consul, Yet Dont Know Who to See.. Estate Attorney you Said. ( Hopefully I can Make that Happen)

What Can i Do to Stop this Process of My Uncle Attempting to Take the Home from My Mother?

Also What would it Take for him to OverTurn the Deed & Have it in His or Someone Elses Name ?  (Mind you, He has began

My Grandmother is Dying.

She Has 2 Sons & a Daughter (My Mother). The Sons Have Seen the WILL & Discussed the Details of it on Multiple Occasions.

My Mother Has Not Been Included in these Meetings.

Recently My Mother was Given the WILL, Yet she opted to Look it Over Quickly & Leave it at the Home.

 We are Certain the Brothers are Receiving about $180K Each & M Mother was to Receive the Home Upon Death.

We Also Know that the home is in a Quit Claim Deed, & My Grandmother Signed whats called "a Lady Bird Deed".

So The Facts So far, are that My Grandmother is Leaving her Sons over $180K Each & My mother was/is Due to Receive the Home, Upon Passing Away. (as my Mother is the only one of the 3 without a home of her own)

THE REAL ISSUE AT HAND AND CAUSE FOR CONCERN IS:     My Mothers Brother (which despises my mother) Recently Stole the Entire WILL From My Mother, Got Caught Red Handed, Lied About Having It, Then Gave Back 2 Papers, & told her he Only Took it to Make Copies...(My Mother said SHE would make copies & drop them off that day, but he Forcefully kept them instead) .

He Has Been Stalling to give the Paperwork back now for 2 WEEKS!!   She has asked Nicely, All the way to Semi-Threatened him with Petty things to get the PaperWork Back, But this All Feels as if Hes Just Stalling  (Saying tomorrow Etc) , So He Can Buy Time to Screw Her Out of this Home Somehow.

Again He Has the Title & 20sheets of Paperwork, Hes Been Threatened to return the Paperwork after Keeping it for 14 days instead of 1...HE MUST BE TRYING AND/OR DOING SOMETHING TO GET THIS HOME.

SO, PLEASE CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF ITS POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO TAKE A QUIT CLAIM DEED,GET LAWYERS INVOLVED (or something) AND TAKE THIS HOME FROM HER?????

My Mother has a Quit Claim Paper Saying home is hers upon death but from what i know Quit ClaimDeeds Offer No Protection & This Worries Me Very Much.

If ANYONE CAN HELP ME,  My FAMILY IS DESPERATE FOR INFORMATION TO STOP THIS POTENTIAL THEFT (stealing a home) FROM HAPPENING.

IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY ANSWERS, TIPS, WHAT HE "COULD BE" DOING.....PLEASE HELP.
