Rental Properties in Greater Boston Area
I am new to Bigger Pockets and real estate world. Bought my first house in 2015 and now I am looking to buy a rental property in Greater Boston area. I have a budget of $250K-$280K. Have a couple of questions as I am new to this:
1. What are the areas/towns I should look for rental properties which will fit into my budget? For now, I am targeting properties T stations but most of the time they don't fit in my budget.
2. I am inclined towards buying a condo. A couple of real-estate agents told me that I should only target 2BD condos. Is it true? Or Does it depend on the area?

With your budget the area you selected is solid.. To look at condos, it would be location specific but 2bd is more desirable then one typically
