Can't decide which forum this would fit better. She may or may not be the youngest landlord out there, but seeing this makes me feel that Real Estate Investing is really something anyone CAN do if they have the drive! Also, it is important for parents to financially educate the next generation the smart way.

My 4 year old owns a 4 plex (gift in trust from her great grama) but she uses a PM as she isn't ready to handle it yet... she wanted to paint it purple and put a horse in the back yard.
