Hoarders TV Shows
There are a ton of TV shows featuring Hoarders several of the episodes the hoarders live in and subsequently "trash" the rental property. I am now wondering has any one had this happen to them? Have any of your renters been Hoarders? If so how did you handle it, and how much damage was caused? I understand this is a disorder and these people do need help to control there hoarding and I am in no way trying to be insensitive.

If one of your rentals get to the point of those places on TV, then you are not spending enough time at your properties and you need to get out of the business.
