Not to be rude, but don't some people join and then not come back? Leading to high subscriber numbers but not high post numbers? Just a thought.

There are a ton of TV shows featuring Hoarders several of the episodes the hoarders live in and subsequently "trash" the rental property. I am now wondering has any one had this happen to them? Have any of your renters been Hoarders? If so how did you handle it, and how much damage was caused? I understand this is a disorder and these people do need help to control there hoarding and I am in no way trying to be insensitive.

I am not sure on Fort Lauderdale. If you go to FEMA website they have a document that includes all the wind zone areas as well as a list of restrictions. It is a PDF document in there document library. Hope this helps!
