Want to do my own at least preliminary or soft title search

I want to have my assistant do at least soft title searches for me for properties that i want to bid for on Sheriff Sales or items that i want to try to by from wholesalers.  I want to make sure that there are not liens there.

I don't want to pay for a title every time  I am trying to put out a contract or bid on sheriff sale proprieties.

What is the best way for my assistant to learn to do soft title searches. I didn't find any worthwhile video on You Tube.

Georgia provides access to search all liens filed through the ga court system. It is $25 a month. https://www.gsccca.org/

I am sure other states have something similar and it would be a good starting point. You could still have someone do a title search for you on the ones that pass your preliminary analysis.
