Its the season of cold weather, snow, and all that other great stuff winter does I know everybody loves as much as I do haha (not really). When it comes to harsh seasons as which the winter brings, does business like whole sailing, flipping homes and renovating take a dip for some of you experienced real estate investors?

@James Wise

I disagree with that. There are always people out there looking to move. I wouldn't plan my flip so that I made sure it hit the market in Jan, but I wouldn't do anything different to avoid hitting the market in Jan. I list my flips as soon as they are ready. The demand slows does, but so does the supply and they balance each other out a bit.
