Always a good call to touch base with the city your buying in regardless of end strategy. You can usually find their STR regulations fairly easily on the city website.

My family and I bought a home in Jacksonville, FL, that will be complete in June of 2022. We are looking at all our options for moving our stuff from California to JAX. I will be driving our truck out there and were looking at getting movers to take our things. Does anyone have any suggestions on companies to use or and tips?

My family and I are looking to relocate to JAX beach and buy a live-in flip. I have my RE license here in CA and will be getting mine for FL. I am curious to which online courses people have used and how long they usually take to complete. Ours here in CA can take about 6 weeks and you're ready to take the test.
