I am a real estate agent in the San Diego metro area with Keller Williams looking to pay it forward to our military, DOD, and first responders (military spouse myself) by helping them purchase in this competitive market. My husband and I got into the real estate investing world 2 years ago and own a 4 unit, as well as co-own two other 4 units with a partner in the Milwaukee area. We are looking to possibly get in to the flipping arena in 2023 as well.
