Starting/Joining Mastermind Group

Hi my name is Jimmy, this is my first post on bigger pockets! I would love to become financially free through the process of real estate investing. It’s a weird market but I think a group of smart people could accomplish this. I reside in orange county California in the old town orange area how would I go about starting/joining a mastermind group?
