How much do ADUs cost from start to finish? 

I think this question is dependent on a few factors. 1. Contractor 2. Local City Requirements 3. Time and Materials 

I recently asked a contractor friend what is a healthy estimate for an ADU, he said anywhere from 75k to 150k.

How does this compare to your experience?

Yes the option to become salesperson with license required fingerprinting? Which I assume happens within the brokerage you wish to work for. Either way I just wanted to get the ball rolling.

I'm about to apply to the DRE for my real estate license. This might be a dumb question but they are asking what test am I applying to take? The two options are salesperson and salesperson with license. 

What is the difference between these two? and does it matter which test I apply for?

My desire is to buy and sell real estate as an investor.
