New and looking into Texas

Hello,

My name is Parker. Looking to break into the business and purchase a 4-8 unit multifamily building in Texas within the next year. I was originally thinking Houston, but after doing some research, the market is looking a bit frothy. What would yall recommend Houston, San Antonio, or D/FW?

Also intrigued by note buying in retirement accounts. I've been lurking for a while and decided to post after listening to the podcast today. Thanks for the help.

Greetings,

Texas is ..well as an investor lets just state that I'm jealous of any investor that are able to secure Texas deals for their portfolio. Its the number 1 second to none spot for tax liens (with a whopping 25% -50% ROI) absolutely hands down in competition throughout the entire country on that.

You name it Notes, deep discounted wholesaling, fix and flips, residentials as well as commercial from mixed-used, small resi to larger commercials like hotels etc ...well nevermind me ask Kiyosaki.

So much phenomenal potential in the lone star state its almost unbearable. BP will be your nickname with the right moves and connects.

Kudos,
Mary
