All,

I'm putting a bid on a foreclosure today at 30k. The insurance company quoted the replacement cost at 160k and with everything else factored in a quote of $94/m. This seems extremely high and doesn't fit into the 50% guideline. Do yall insure for full replacement value? Thanks.

Anybody have a suggestion? It seems like a wholesaler would could use software like this to contact the buyer's list? Thanks.

All,

I'm looking for a type of software where I can input data such as seller, house address, price, property details, etc and then data will be sent via email and sms to a list of people/companies. It needs to have customizable fields of course. I know this exists, but I'm not sure what it is called in order to compare products. Does anyone have an recommendations for this type of product? Thanks.
