i wouldn't say im happy with my life.  I just have a house i want to continue to grow old in. And to hand down to my daughter. I work in law enforcement full time, you cant be happy all the time. And the ability to be financially set is not there, unless you work work work.. real estate is the way to go. I will make it happen!! Wether i have to do it alone or with someone who actually has the passion for helping others. 

Thanks everyone.. my issue is im a parent and my family just recently bought our dream home. And we do not want to leave.. and theres no way we want to have someone living with us. We have a hobby farm with 8 acres of land. 

so I was wondering if anyone had any feedback.. I am not a licensed realtor, and have no experience in the realty world, but I do have experience in the construction world, Do you think it would be beneficial for me to go ahead and get an LLC set up for myself to get the process of buying and renting going?

Would an LLC help me to make purchases seeing as that's a business, and I can then use tax breaks right away. I have some money put away right now but not a lot.
