Ready to rock SE Iowa

Hi everyone. I'm new here, so a little about me. I'm a residential wholesaler in SE Iowa, a die hard Hawkeyes fan, a drag racing fanatic, & a very blessed father of 3 awesome children.

After buying several books & courses without any results, I almost called it quits. Then finally I realized "if it's to be, it's up to me." I got off my butt and started calling fsbo's like crazy & the amazing thing is the very first one I called, I got under contract making me a potential profit of 5k. I just wish I would have started doing this years ago.

I would eventually like to get into apartments & buy & hold for the long term. I would welcome any tips or advice.

I am also here for networking & who knows, maybe meet some future partners to work with.
