Newbie Fix & Flip in Atlanta, GA

Hello!

I'm new to the BP community and investing in real estate. I need advice from other investors and real estate agents on finding the right investor who is willing to work with newbies for Fix & Flip projects in the Atlanta Region. I've read so many stories online where others started fix & flip projects with no money and no investors, but they don't explain how they did it.

Do I need an investor to help me get started in the fix and flip market, or can I do this on my own by building a team (Realtor, Contractor, etc.)?

Hey William,

WELCOME to real estate investing. I started off with "No Cash" and ultimately leveraged credit, 401k, and a few other resources to start my investing. I eventually built a team of sub-contractors, lenders, and I am a licensed Realtor to create the full team. You can do "Flips" with no money, but those are considered wholesale deals. I would say first discover what it is that your goal is, plan how to approach it, and execute. Take your time, listen to podcasts, and most importantly read BIGGER POCKETS LOL!!!!
