I am a 21 year old looking to make real estate investing my career. I plan at the moment to buy my first small multi unit property within the year and live in one of the units using an fha loan. Then continue to manage cashflowing properties to my portfolio as i can afford them. I plan to quit my job for full time real estate investing in 2-3 years if possible. Any advice or suggestions on other methods to profit from investing in real estate is appreciated, as well as advice on how to succeed using my current plan. Thanks.

@Nick Breslin -

Jim Lerman does a great job moderating the NWREIA meeting in Tigard every month. They meet at the Baja Fresh.

Let me know if I can help w/ anything.
