New to wholesaling, any tips?

I am just getting into wholesaling real estate and feel slightly overwhelmed. I know the basics and feel like I could start but am worried I will be blind sided by something I wasn’t prepared for. Being ready and knowledgeable for any scenario isn’t realistic but, does anyone have any tips or recommendations? Thank you!

@Justin Badillo Before anything, research your specific area/laws to make sure you are doing everything within legal boundaries.  Second, it is a tough field to enter right now, be prepared for a lot of rejection and some creative problem solving.
