Hi everyone,

I'm 27 years old. I live in Orange County, California. I am starting my real estate journey with very little cash. So I'm in the process of figuring out what my best option is as a start. I understand wholesaling might be a good option since I don't have much capital. But my goal is to own rental properties and flip houses. Youtube and podcasts are great, but nothing beats real life experiences. I would love to connect with anyone on here. I understand I may not have real estate experience yet, but I'm willing to help out with research, cold calling, marketing, etc. This will give me some exposure to the industry while also helping you out.

@Omar Fattahi welcome to BP in the OC.  Unfortunately the Governor just shut the State down again, but I would suggest reaching out to local investors here to network with.  You can also check the local meetup groups to speak with like minded individuals.
