Thank you @Joey English! I'll def check it out. The $300 could be worth all that material.
Do you think MH investing and the lonnie deals still apply in 2020? I live in SoCal so I'm trying to see if there's potential for me starting this MH journey. I'm brand new to RE investing as a whole.

Hi Joey! I understand this post is over 3 years old, but I just happened to be searching for deals and wheels and I found your post. This is very helpful so thank you for this. I was wondering if you knew a place for me to get my hands on the book "Deals on Wheels" because I've been searching the web with no luck. I hope you see this message. Thank you in advance.

@Rachel H. Thank you for the advice! I will do exactly that. I appreciate the time you took to respond.

I'm hoping to get connected with people who may have some experience with buying/flipping mobile homes. I'm planning on finding on one, rehabbing it and reselling it. But not sure exactly where to find good deals. I'm planning on driving to mobile home parks and looking for "for sale" signs and speaking to tenants. I'm still very ignorant about the subject as a whole and I'd love it if someone has any tips for me.

Thanks!

Thank you, @Dmitriy Fomichenko I appreciate the recommendations!

Hi everyone,

I'm 27 years old. I live in Orange County, California. I am starting my real estate journey with very little cash. So I'm in the process of figuring out what my best option is as a start. I understand wholesaling might be a good option since I don't have much capital. But my goal is to own rental properties and flip houses. Youtube and podcasts are great, but nothing beats real life experiences. I would love to connect with anyone on here. I understand I may not have real estate experience yet, but I'm willing to help out with research, cold calling, marketing, etc. This will give me some exposure to the industry while also helping you out.

Looking forward to connect!
