Hi,
My name is Siim. I'm from Estonia, by the Baltic Sea. For all investors, I strongly reccommend to check out Baltic Real Estate market (Especially Tallinn). Very low transaction costs, reasonable income tax and strong economic growth ;)
Just joined here but I have kept my eye on this site for a few days now. I will start with my investment plan in the end of this year/early 2014. I don't have a step-by-step plan, just some pinnacles and main goals I want to reach. I know there is tons of information on this site, I will keep on reading and i want to make sure I get it all right. Still I would like to know what would be the key words on this site to help bring out the most valuable information needed at the start. Im planning sort of mixture of rehab and flip. Wholesale in later future.
